Checks by Phone Upgrade for Additional Admins
The Basic and Basic HV accounts come with a single username and password to access the system (the Master Administrator). For most companies this works fine as a few employees simply share that login information.
However, your situation may be such that you don't want all employees to have full access and permissions within the Vcheck system. With the Multiple Admins upgrade, you can add as many individual admins as desired - each with defined permissions of what they can and can not do within your Vcheck account.
For instance, you can allow a user to enter new checks by phone or checks by fax, print checks, delete checks, view reports and more. Additionally, all logins and actions performed by each user is logged so the Master Administrator can see exactly who performed what actions.
