Recurring Payments is an upgrade feature for our check acceptance system that allows you to setup scheduled recurring payments for your customers on a very flexible schedule.
Once or twice a month, on the 2nd Thursday of each month - you name and you can probably schedule it with recurring payments. On the scheduled dates, a new check (with incrementing check numbers) is automatically created and ready for you to print and deposit. This upgrade is bundled with the Repeat Customers feature. Our system is designed to handle every level of service needed including a reseller option. Below you will find our complete pricing schedule and features grid.
For Basic Accounts, you may start with the 200 checks per month level ($139.95) per year and only upgrade to the High Volume level if and when needed. If you are interested in the Enterprise or Reseller systems, please contact us directly.
All prices in the table below are ANNUAL.
A one-time setup fee of $30 is added to all new accounts. After the initial period, the account fees below will apply to account renewals.

The Pro and higher level accounts can also be paid for on a quarterly and semi-annual basis for a small service fee. The Basic HV account includes your choice of One of the optional upgrades.
Increase Monthly Check Allotment. If you consistently exceed your monthly check allotment we will ask you to either upgrade to a higher level account or increase your check allotment at the rate of $60 per year for 200 extra checks per month or $120 per year for 400 extra checks per month.
Recurring Payments / Repeat Customers. Accept and manage monthly recurring payments. This option also allows you to create random, on demand checks for repeat customers using only the new check number, amount and memo. Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
Multiple Payees. Accept checks for multiple payees.Copy of business license and phone verification required. Usually used by insurance agencies where checks need to be made payable to multiple carriers. Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
Additional Users/Admins. Allows your company to have multiple Admin with unique usernames and passwords, along with different permissions within the system. Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
Custom Email Contents. Allows you to have complete control over the subject line and body content of the new check notification and customer receipt emails that are generated. Almost any data field from a transaction may be inserted into customer messages. Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
Check Batching. Instead of opening and printing each check file individually, this upgrade allows you to batch any number of new checks together as a single, printable PDF file with 3 different checks per page of check stock. What a time saver! Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
Batch Check Upload ($49.95 per year). *Upload 1 - 10000 checks in .CSV format.
Advanced Reports. All accounts include the ability to search for a transaction.Advanced Reporting also gives you the option of downloading details of all search results as a comma delimited text file for easy importing into Excel or any database program. Log viewing of all admin logins and actions performed is also part of this upgrade. Additional cost: $49.95 per year.
