Recurring Payments

Recurring Payments is an upgrade feature for our check acceptance system that allows you to setup scheduled recurring payments for your customers on a very flexible schedule.
Once or twice a month, on the 2nd Thursday of each month - you name and you can probably schedule it with recurring payments. On the scheduled dates, a new check (with incrementing check numbers) is automatically created and ready for you to print and deposit. This upgrade is bundled with the Repeat Customers feature. Accept Checks by Phone, FAX or Online
Remotely Created Checks - You print the checks yourself and deposit in your bank via mail, ATM, mobile app or bank scanner.
.CSV Files for Bank or NACHA Uploads: The check batching option also allows you to download a complete .csv file that can be used if your bank allows check uploads. If you bank allows NACHA file uploads, you can use the .csv to import into a 3rd party NACHA software such as EzACH.
ACH - Electronic Transfer of Funds. There are pros and cons of ACH but we do have a 3rd party ACH solution integrated into Vcheck. Pricing structure is different than a standard Vcheck account.

Accept Checks by Phone, Checks by Fax or Checks Online
Vcheck is fully EPC-6 compliant. See this page of the user's manual for details.
Accept, Print and Deposit Checks Without Per Check or Transaction Fees. These are known as Remotely Created Checks, Demand Drafts or Sight Drafts.
Checks by Phone: Since Vcheck is not an ACH, you can still accept checks by phone from your customers and process a Remotely Created Check on their behalf.
Checks by FAX: You can also have your customers FAX you a signed copy of a check (for verification) and then re-create the check to print and deposit instantly.
Checks Online: We provide a custom link you can put on your website so customers can complete and submit a check payment online. Our secure form even has Electronic Signature Capture as an option. We even have a mobile version of the check submission form that can be used via any smart phone or tablet.

COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE ONLINE VCHECK FORM: The responsive Vcheck submission form is fully customizable. You can use custom banners, colors and styles to make the secure Vcheck form look like you own site - and it works on any device.
DIGITAL SIGNATURE CAPTURE: You have the option of using the Digital Signature Capture feature. To complete the Vcheck form, a customer must sign there name on the screen. That signature is printed on the check.
