We will require official business name documents, a copy of your latest business bank statement, a copy of a government issued photo ID and the URL of the website you use to conduct business.

Step 2:  We require the Owner's or Principal's signature agreeing to our Terms of Service. This PDF (Download Here) can be filled in via most PDF viewers and must be signed and returned to us per the instructions on the file.  Note: you may also upload the required documents using this form.

Once we have your order, business docs and Terms of Service signature your account will be provisioned. At that point you will receive an email from the system with your login data and pre-configured links into your Vcheck form to put on your website.
