Vcheck for Insurance Agents, Agencies and Brokers

We have special features built into the Vcheck check acceptance system designed specifically for the Insurance Industry. Already in use by hundreds of Independent Agents, Agencies, and Producers, Vcheck allows you to instantly bind a new policy because you can take a check by phone, by fax or from your website and instantly print out a legally negotiable check to go along with the new application. You may also use our system to accept payments for any Accounts Receivable item.

A special Pre-Form built into the system is available simply by changing the link you use to call your custom online Vcheck form from your own website. See the screenshot below:

Upon submission of the Pre-Form, your secure check form will appear and the data/agreements from the pre-form are saved with the check details. The Vcheck Control Panel even has columns in the check summary tables for the data collected in the Pre-Form.

In addition, many insurance agencies take advantage of the optional upgrade for Multiple Payees. This allows them to accept checks made payable directly to their carriers.
